Conversation design is based on human conversation and is the synthesis of several disciplines: user experience design, copywriting, psychology and technology. The conversation designer needs to consider both the user's needs and technological constraints. Good conversation design results in a voice experience that is helpful, natural, and user-centric.
Professional conversation designers crafted the use cases and dialogue used in TalkVia One. However, you will still be required to provide some responses, such as the welcome message and answers to FAQs. To provide a pleasing user experience, we strongly recommend you learn some fundamental conversation design skills.
Both Google and Alexa offer good conversation design material online.
